Veterans Health Administration – Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VHA-VRS) is dedicated to helping eligible Veterans with service-connected disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment. As part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare system, VHA-VRS provides comprehensive vocational support designed to promote independence, stability, and long-term success in the workforce.

Services include vocational counseling, career assessment, job readiness training, resume and interview preparation, workplace accommodations support, and coordination with healthcare providers to ensure Veterans are equipped for employment consistent with their abilities and goals. The program also partners with local employers and community organizations to create pathways to sustainable careers.
